When commissioning a physical item please note
My rights as the artist I retain the right to use the art created for a commission in my portfolio and/or to use it as an example piece for future commissions
Your rights as the commissioner You may use, sell, repurpose or alter the piece however you'd like, given that it does not hinder my ability to use it in my portfolio
You will get two revision periods, one during the sketching process, and one during the colouring process. During these periods, I will show you the progress on a piece, and you may request revisions if there is something you’d like changed. Once you’ve approved of a piece, you cannot go back and request revisions on parts I have already completed. I don’t have a set number of revisions you can make each period, but please keep it within reason.
I have the right to turn down any commission I do not feel comfortable fulfilling for any reason, weather it be because I don't believe can successfully fulfill the commissioners request or because I am not comfortable with the subject matter.

If I don't respond to your initial email within 14 days then it likely means I cannot fulfill your request. You may send another, but please don’t send more than two if I still haven't responded.

once I go over your idea with you and approve of it, I will request half of the payment, after it is received I will begin work. Once The final work is completed, I will request the second half of the payment before emailing or delivering the finished piece. If I do not hear back from you within 30 days I will consider the commission closed/forfeited.
